Premature Perspiration

What is Premature Perspiration ( PP )? PP is a vicious, sweaty cycle. Unlike physically-induced sweat, its triggered by emotion. The difference between physical and emotional triggers: Physical activity causes your body to heat up and sweating regulates your temperature. Stress and emotional responses can also cause adrenaline releases which in turn trigger an increase in sweating. The difference between the emotional and physical sweat can best be summed up by this - working out in the gym causes physical sweat, whereas standing in the gym watching a steaming-hot girl on the squat machine can cause emotional sweat.

Emotional vs. Physical sweat

How is emotional sweat any different to physical sweat? Emotional sweat contains pheromones whereas physical sweat does not.
